New $1.2 Million MRI Facility Opens for Service

MCH opened its new MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) unit in August, 2010. This $1.2 million project, anchored by a new Hitachi Echelon1.5T unit, brings a high level of imaging to the greater Madera area. Physicians treating many ailments of local residents will get advanced diagnosis information from hospital radiologists as a result of the use of this new technology.
