Madera Community Hospital provides many options to patients for paying for healthcare services received. The hospital is contracted with most health insurance plans (PPO, HMO and others) offering coverage in Central California, along with providing services to patients that are covered by Medicare and Medi-Cal/CMSP. The hospital participates in many other State and Federal public benefit programs available to residents of the greater Madera area.

Madera Community Hospital also has financial assistance programs available to assist those who are in need of healthcare services but not able to pay for them. Hospital staff can assist you in applying for the various public benefit programs available – please contact a Financial Counselor at the number above.
