Childbirth Class (2.5 hours each class)
This is a four-part course (A, B, C & D), on consecutive Tuesdays. The classes cover
breathing and relaxation exercises, anatomy of the female body, contractions, pain and pain
medication, comfort measures, coaching techniques, pushing and delivery, hospital tour and
postpartum expectations. Bring 2 pillows, wear comfortable clothing and bring your coach
with you. Time will be spent in chairs and also on floor mats.

Class fee is $40.
