04-18-06 MCH Announces Multi-Million Dollar Expansion and Refurbishment Project- The Board of Trustees of Madera Community Hospital has approved a multi-million dollar plan to build a new energy efficient central plant at the hospital and refurbish and remodel various clinical departments in its main building.  The project is to replace and refurbish aging infrastructure systems that have mostly been in place since the early 1970s.  The project will mostly be paid for by outside financing obtained by the Hospital.
