Pride of Our Community

Karen PaolinelliIn October, Madera Community Hospital began our 50th year as a private, not for profit, adult general acute care hospital. Our Golden Anniversary springboards us into the next chapter of providing quality healthcare services in Madera County. Today, just as in 1971, Madera Community Hospital is the pride of our community.

Madera Community Hospital transformed the economy. The Hospital attracted physicians to the community and continues to be one of the largest private employers in the County; proving we are vital to both the physical and economic health of our County. I encourage you to watch our 50th Anniversary Video to learn more about the history of our Hospital and the stories behind why members of our Medical Staff built their practices in Madera.

I am especially proud and honored to work with our team of dedicated physicians and staff. This group, even during the pandemic, earned another “A” in patient safety from the Leapfrog Group and they continue to receive high marks in patient satisfaction.

Together, with our volunteer Board of Trustees, we are positioning Madera Community Hospital to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic with renewed promise of continued growth and service to those who need our care.

When you need us, we’ll be here.
